We are pleased to officially release PikPak’s first Transparency Report, covering the one-year period from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. At PikPak, we are committed to transparency, responsibility, and the protection of user privacy. This report is intended to proactively show how we build user trust, safeguard user privacy, fulfill our commitments under frameworks such as the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and maintain platform security and healthy operations. This is not only a compliance requirement but also reflects our long-term commitment to our users and a safe online environment.

While safeguarding user privacy and data security, PikPak also remains committed to compliant operations and responsible handling of unlawful content. This Transparency Report highlights the following key areas:

1. User Safety and Content Compliance

• We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward unlawful content, including CSAM and violent extremism, combining automated detection technologies with human review to ensure rapid and accurate identification and prevention of distribution.
• Private storage is fully protected. PikPak does not proactively access or monitor users’ personal files. Compliance review occurs only when a user generates a share link or when required by law.

2. User Empowerment and Reporting Channels

• PikPak provides multiple reporting mechanisms. Both individuals and regulatory authorities can report suspicious content, which the platform promptly reviews and addresses with appropriate measures.

3. Compliance and Global Cooperation

• PikPak strictly adheres to international regulations and industry standards, actively cooperating with competent authorities while ensuring all actions are fully compliant with applicable laws.
• We are committed to publishing transparency reports on a regular basis, enabling all interested parties to stay informed about our progress in safety and compliance.
